Armageddon and Mayhem: Excess Gameplay #1
1This is the end result of an invitation I posted to a Discord group of retro gamers and modders, asking if anyone wanted to play a co-op game of Doom (with any map pack of their choice) with the DRLA mod on Armageddon difficulty. Turned out to be quite something...
I actually can't tell if I had a lot of fun making this or not. On one hand, the editing itself was fun, as was the end product and playing the game itself, but there was also the problem of a corrupted sound byte resetting a large amount of progress. AND the microphone. I'm not using this new microphone ever again- it's either mono, or with that really wacky noise cancellation. $400 down the drain, back to the grainy headset mics again...
