Recently, many of our transport convoys have come under attack while
traveling in the vicinity of the Scissors Forest. The losses we are
sustaining are entirely unacceptable.

Reconnaissance reports indicate that these attacks are originating
from Kregg Fortress, a nearby Emeraude stronghold. We must take steps
to insure the safety of our transports.

A ground-based assault on the fortress is out of the question, instead
we will retaliate using our heavy bombers.

In order for our attack to be successful, the base's ground-to-air
missile batteries must be taken out before the bombers arrive on-scene.
