The "Eclipse" is a close-quarters combat mech that relies on burst damage to build up the stagger meter along with instant damage spikes to finish off the enemy.

A pair of DF-GA-08 HU-BEN heavy machineguns are pretty much the top in terms of burst damage and the stagger meter buildup is nice as well, especially against other light/medium-weight bipedal mechs that usually have an average stagger resistance.
Once the target gets staggered, the other pair of SB-033M MORLEY spread bazookas can be used together to finish off the target, wich is often an istant-kill move for enemy light-weight builds.
Last, but not least, the Assault Armor paired with the coral generator IB-C03G: NGI 000 is always an useful tool for multiple reasons: removing the enemy Pulse Armor, interrupt enemy attacks while dealing massive damage at close range after staggering an enemy, and to catch enemies with low HP trying to run away thanks to its blast radius.

It's a pretty straight forward build for both PvE and PvP, quite easy to play with.
Being an heavy-weight mech, it has a good amount of HP/defence along with stagger resistance, and can deal with both ground/aerial enemies without many issues.

Its only weakness is that being a close-quarters combat mech, you'll have to stick to the target in order to deal with it, wich implies that you'll have to be on the run quite often in order to not get kited to death in PvP.
