This game is on a DVD! Even though it's only, uh, 618MB including the very poorly compressed FMVs. See, if you have that kind of space, you might as well ramp that bitrate up to the maximum supported bitrate of 8Mbps. Yeah, make the FMVs larger than the rest of the game, just like what Polyphony Digital did with Gran Turismo 3.
Here's me playing Army Men: Air Attack 2 via PCSX2 using a Steam Controller because I'm one of like 7 idiots who uses it for emulation. We're also running at a razor sharp 1920x1080! You also get to learn that the framerate isn't hard locked to 30fps! So it looks AND plays extra-weird, much more than it should be. Thanks, 3DO!
Not to mention, this game isn't demanding. I ran it at over 200fps with 4x MSAA in DirectX 11 hardware mode. Basically, this game isn't hard to run.
