Released originally in the arcades, this is currently the last game of the Art of Fighting franchise (however the original title is Art of Fighting: Ryuuko no Ken Gaiden, meaning it is a side-story of the series) and is the most beautiful game of the series. Also, the gameplay is on par with the arcade ttles of the era, unlike the previous titles.

Sadly, Art of Fighting 3 remained exclusive to the Neo Geo CD for years, until the release of Art of Fighting Anthology for the PS2 in 2007, also with the other titles of the series. The arranged soundtrack is good, and the game has a nice presentation of characters. Sadly, only Kasumi was featured in another SNK franchise (via cameos or playable character).
