My Horizon Sails Review. TL;DW: As Fragile as Paper

I bought a brand new Stack Pack / Mack Pack from Horizon Sails, and every time I inspect it, I see another wear and tear.

The material is as thin and fragile as paper.

This video was assembled using content collected in the first 3.5 months of recieving the band new mack/stack pack.

They have offered for me to return it and they will reinforce the fragile areas. But I still claim that the problem is the whole product is made with extremely fragile material not fit for the purpose.

Any return will incur me an extra transport costs and potentially another import export duty tax since I am in England, and Horizon Sails is in the EU. It only takes one adminstraive oversight and taxes become due.

Since Brexshit, consumer protections between the UK and EU are ineffective.

The only solution from my perspective is a full refund so I can shop elsewhere.

Horizon Sails have advised me that there are no returns and refunds as stated in there terms and conditions of sale.
