ASMR Face Brushing & Breathing Techniques (Binaural 3D Ear to Ear)
580Hello again! Don't worry about me, I am all better after the drama last week (since this was recorded almost a week ago) but I wanted to include some face brushing and breathing techniques in case you were (or are) going through a hard time like I was. Yes, I am not wearing any makeup. But I found a plug-in for the program I use to edit my videos and I am going to buy it so that my face looks more clear in my videos, thanks to the help of a fellow Asmrtist friend :) You know who you are lol.
So, no need for makeup anymore! Thank goodness! It used to take me almost half an hour at least to set up my face before my videos and I just don't have that kind of time anymore. However I will still be frequently uploading videos twice a week for your viewing enjoyment. I won't let you down! And that's a promise!
This video includes some face brushing (without that harsh brushing sound on the camera, iww!)
It also includes Breathing techniques for your relaxation and to relieve some of that extra tension and anxiety that you may have hiding in there, be true to yourself and realize the problems you may have because we all have problems, don't hide them because it isn't healthy. :)
