Damn, d00ds – 5 lights & a hot, humid room is apparently not a look for me lmao. It's funny how lights make you look super shiny & makes colors look a little splotchy depending on what part they are hitting, amirite?

Y'all ready for some hypnosis? We're starting off with some general relaxation & tension releasing, and some deep breathing. Then we'll do a little “follow the tip of my pen” for our hypnotic induction. When we've got you in the beginning stages, we'll do some more deep breathing and start in on a countdown from 10 to 1 to drop you more deeply into a trance state. We'll move on to a body scan/guided relaxation sort of meditation bit – starting with your toes, having you focus on that body part & releasing any tension, then we'll move up from there. Finally, we'll finish up with the suggestion that you can either continue the trance or I can very softly whisper you up from that trance, in which I count from 1 to 10 to help you come back up from the trance. The coming up part is much softer so that if you wanted to keep going, it shouldn't jolt you up from that.
