This is one of my stronger videos, I think. My jacket really makes it magical, as it looks like it is sparkling throughout the entire video – that's my favorite part: the jacket twinkling as I'm going through the slow, methodical hand movements. There are some elements of hypnotic induction, with gentle relaxation suggestions & movements. There are some gentle sounds like finger fluttering/rustling & my very softly spoken voice. This'll be a good one that I hope y'all will come back to from time to time :)

This video starts with getting you comfortable, having you take some deep breaths & consciously relaxing and releasing the tension in your body. Then, we'll move onto some slow, gentle hand movements including finger fluttering/rustling. Next, I'll do some plucking/pulling all around you, and some face tapping/smoothing, as well as some general face touching. After, I'll use some “lightbulb twisting” hand movements to twist & pull while I whisper “relax, relax, relax” and “twist, pull, twist, pull”. We'll finish by smoothing everything down, some light finger fluttering, some gentle pulling, and a lot of whispered “relax”'s. Hope you enjoy!
