145Today's ASMR reiki session roleplay relates to Red Jasper, which is linked to the root chakra. And today's lesson – I need to iron my shirts.
There are the usual breathing exercises, relaxing hand movements, and rambling. :) In other videos I want to go into more detail about the different stones used, but hopefully you'll get a taster in this one!
