This channel's most popular video to date is my mechanical keyboard typing video, so I figured I'd make another one in celebration of the channel's third birthday! They keyboard you hear is, as before, my trusty Corsair Vengeance K70 with Cherry MX Brown switches in brushed aluminum finish with blue backlit keys. I'm typing passages from various literary works, as provided by http://www.typeonline.co.uk/copypractice.php. Please enjoy!

HEADPHONES STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE!

----- What's ASMR, and why am I whispering? -----
I whisper in my videos because they're designed to trigger a sensation called ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response). ASMR is a very specific feeling that some people experience when they hear certain soft sounds, like whispering and tapping, or see certain visuals, like deliberate hand motions. It's often described as a pleasant tingling in the head and neck, accompanied by a sense of calmness and mild euphoria. Many people watch ASMR videos to help them relax or fall asleep. To learn more about ASMR, I recommend checking out http://asmruniversity.com/about-asmr/what-is-asmr/. Happy tingles!
