ASMR Sounds: Quietly Marking Exams
Hi guys! I'm still here! I'm just buried under a massive mountain of work. I really wanted to get a video up on the channel though since it's been forever, so...I made this! Relax to the sounds of me marking a pile of exams. Triggers include writing and paper noises, typing, and occasional whispering and muttering. I know it's not a gaming video, but it *is* kind of nerdy, so I figure it counts. Also, in case you couldn't tell, I had to blur the video to protect students' privacy. Anyway, my semester from hell will be over at the end of April, and I will resume regular uploads in May. Thanks for hanging in there, and as always, happy tingles :)
HEADPHONES STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE!
----- What's ASMR, and why am I whispering? -----
I whisper in my videos because they're designed to trigger a sensation called ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response). ASMR is a very specific feeling that some people experience when they hear certain soft sounds, like whispering and tapping, or see certain visuals, like deliberate hand motions. It's often described as a pleasant tingling in the head and neck, accompanied by a sense of calmness and mild euphoria. Many people watch ASMR videos to help them relax or fall asleep.
