Hey guys
So tons of you have been asking for more of these “what I eat in a day” asmr videos. The only reason I haven’t done it sooner is because I find my food choices/meals are so general and not interesting 🙈 But hey as long as you guys like it that’s all I care about.
I currently do a Keto based diet.. which is a very high fat, moderate protein and super low carb diet. I found out with my blood type, my body enjoys a higher fat diet rather than a higher carb one. Honestly everyone should read the book “eating for your blood type” it’s amazing.
Also when I say diet, take is as just a way of eating. No different than a vegan or plant based “diet”, which is just another lifestyle choice/way of eating 🤓💕 no different
