I was playing around with asphalt 8, and this was my idea.
First: Try to uninstall and then install, (this will only work if you have decided to use on computer internal storage, not one-drive)
If that does not work, you may have installed on one-drive, log into you X-Box account for Windows 10,
or you can delete your Windows account or create a new one.
If you are desperate: Try to restore your computer to the time when you first started the game.
If that does not work, Call customer service at Gameloft or go to asphalt 8 forum.

To get your information back:
Sign into X-Box on Windows 10, or log into one-drive.
If logging in the same account doesn't work:
Call customer service, or save the game to your current drive to prevent information loss.
