The Icona Vulcano Titanium is a Low S Class Car. Despite being one of the low ranks, it is still worthy and good for beginners:

Its top speed is good
The acceleration is great
Handling is average or mediocre
And its nitro is great

This vehicle is known for being well-rounded, yet it rivals against the Centenario, FXX-K, and even the Lykan Hypersport
