27Asrock’s Z370 Extreme 4 motherboard range is highly regarded for its high quality components and overclocking stability. Joining the range is the new Z370 version ready for Intel’s Coffee lake 8th Generation CPUs.
DDR4 memory is supported up to 64GB and 4333+ megahertz. AMD Quad CrossfireX is also supported with 3 PCI express 3 slots, two of which are steel reinforced.
There is RGB lighting on the board itself and also a dedicated header so you can connect LED strips and accessories for ‘all in one place’ control through the ASRock RGB LED utility software.
This motherboard supports 2 PCIe Gen.3 M.2 SSD’s with up to 32gigabits per second transfer speeds for ultra fast loading and file transfer. Intel Optane is also supported.
Connectivity includes an Intel Gigabit LAN port, 5 rear USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, a new USB Type C connector and 3 graphics outputs for CPU’s with onboard graphics. A separate M.2 Key-E Wireless adapter can be added for Wifi connectivity.
Sound comes from ASRock’s Purity sound 4 engine and supports 7.1 channel HD audio with a 120 decibel signal to noise ratio DAC and gold audio connectors throughout.
