Assassin's Creed III (AC3) Multiplayer Description:
Assassin's Creed III (3) multiplayer is composed of several game modes comprised mainly of hunting and killing an assigned target, while evading pursuers at the same time. It features 'Free For All' modes like Deathmatch, Wanted and more, it also features 'Team Objective' modes like Artifact Assault, Manhunt and more. The multiplayer features a levelling system, which allows players to earn experience points during the match which in-turn helps them to gain new levels and prestige. Players can unlock new abilities, perks and streaks. Abilities are active skills, which can be used again but only after a cooling down period. Perks are passive skills, which can be equipped before the match and are active during the duration of the match. Streaks are bonuses awarded for reaching a certain number of successful or failed contracts. Unlike the previous multiplayer featured in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and Assassin's Creed Revelations, which was presented as an in-game training initiative for Abstergo recruits, the multiplayer of Assassin's Creed III is presented as a product of Abstergo Industries entertainment. This product was designed to influence the general public through a gaming experience adapted with the Abstergo Industries Animus technology.
