In this video Bird shows you how to shoot your target without locking them first. This is the fastest way to shoot any target in Assassins Creed 4 multiplayer and can be applied to any game mode that pistol is used. Learning this technique is essential if you either play or want to play the public Game Lab mode 'Pistolier'.
Jargon Buster/Help:
(1) Shield = Animus Shield (The term Shield is short for the ability called Animus Shield)
(2) NPC = Non Player Computer (An easy way to understand this is 'Not a Player but a Computer' or literally understand it as the computer controls that character or characters)
(3) Focus Aim (The amount of time it takes you to fully aim your pistol performed by holding the ranged ability button which in-turn guarantees that you can kill your target while they are in your sight)
(4) Ranged Ability Buttons = Y on the Xbox 360 and Triangle on the Playstation 3
