This Assassin's Creed Valhalla game guide video shows where to find and how to capture Tedmund. The opportunity presents itself while completing The Man Behind the Main main quest in Cent region during which Eivor and his allies storm the Rouecistre Fortress.
You will get the objective about capturing Tedmund during the final part of the siege. Remember that you don't have to eliminate all enemies. Focus on reaching the keep and start making your way towards upper floors. You will encounter a new group of enemies on each floor. On the last floor you have to push the large object to the side to unlock access to the balconies. Finish the climb to reach the roof where a boss battle with Tedmund will begin. Thankfully he's an easy opponent - you can parry his orange attacks or rely on attacks and offensive abilities of your own (like Dive of the Valkyries in our boss fight video).
