Check out part 165 of my gameplay walkthrough featuring the game Assassin's Creed: Valhalla! This game released on the Xbox Series X on November 10th, 2020. It was developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft.

In this video, Eivor begins exploring Hamtunscire and completes the final Animus Anomaly, which reveals an ancient memory.

Assassin's Creed: Valhalla is an action role-playing game that revolves around a Viking warrior named Eivor. This is a story that starts off tied to revenge, but then expands to Eivor's ambition to expand the Viking's control as much as possible. Eivor, with the help of Sigurd (Eivor's brother), looks to England to raid and conquer their territories and expand their control over as much land as possible. This game also continues the overarching story in the Assassin's Creed series (primarily that of Layla from Assassin's Creed: Odyssey). They attempt to locate Eivor's final resting place in order to find some answers regarding the mysterious and continuous strengthening of Earth's magnetic field.

The gameplay is vastly different from the early games, but very similar to the most recent two games. These games play more and more like role-playing games than ever before and, in turn, focus heavily on upgrading skills through a vast skill tree and on upgrading gear. The game still has a focus on stealth components, however, it does allow the player freedom to choose between stealth or a more aggressive approach. There is also a huge focus on exploration and loot which allows the player to gain different gear, artifacts and riches which allow you to expand/upgrade your settlement. The combat is very fast paced and action-oriented (similar to the last 2 games) and allows the player to focus on being a warrior, assassin, archer or a mixture of any of the three specs.
