Assemble is a five-part podcast series about the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There are three cinematic phases in the MCU so far. In this episode, we outline the events of the phase one films. Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America: The First Avenger, and Marvel's The Avengers are all included in this phase. It builds the foundations for the universe, introduces us to infinity stones, other realms, and even allusions to far off threats.We will introduce you to iconic heroes like Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Thor and his pesky brother Loki, Natasha Romanoff as the Black Widow, and Clint Barton as Hawkeye. This team of talented people will join together to form the Avengers and save the world.
The films are action-packed with super hero antics and thoughtful cinematography to make for a great crowd pleasing franchise. Each movie also has a post-credit scene. Although it will make you sit through the credits, it almost always pays off! Since its introduction in 2008 the MCU has grown to include some of our favorite heroes.
