Direction In each of the following questions, a statement of Assertion is given by the corresponding statement of Reason. Of the statements, mark
(a) If both Assertion and Reason are true and Reason is the correct explanation of Assertion.
(b) If both Assertion and Reason are true, but Reason is not the correct explanation of Assertion.
(c) If Assertion is true, but Reason is false.
(d) If Assertion is false, but Reason is true.
Assertion Ultrasonic sound is used in industry for detecting flaws (cracks etc) in metal blocks without damaging them.
Reason An internal crack (or hole) does not allow ultrasound to pass through it.
