GUIDE TO HOW I SET UP
LOWER FRONT ROLL BAR - this improves cornering grip on the loaded tyre by increasing weight transfer
INCREASE REAR DIFFERENTIAL PRELOAD - this improves corner exit speed by providing more traction
INCREASE REAR ROLL BAR - this is to reduce body roll at the rear to maximise the contact of both tyres through the corner to make the best of the rear differential
INCREASE FRONT WHEEL RATE - this is to harden the front suspension to compliment the front roll bar and improve stability at the front of the car
DECREASE REAR WHEEL RATE - this compliments the stiff rear roll bar and also increases weight on the rear wheels improving grip on acceleration.
LOWER RIDE HEIGHT FRONT AND REAR - this lowers the air resistance profile of the car increasing top speed, it also lowers the centre of gravity and makes the car more stable while cornering.
RIDE HEIGHT AND OVERSTEERING - if you experience oversteering when cornering then increase the front ride height to be higher then the rear ride height, the higher the front the more the car will tend to understeer which can be exactly what you need on some circuits.

I have not thought about the other car settings and havnt tested them
