Today we will talk about how to astral project and astral travel, and primarily as my specialty is in the mind and the psyche or subconscious aspects of self - we will attempt to speak upon the primary blocks one encounters during their attempts to travel in astral fashions.

So, the effort today is not to teach "HOW" it is done - rather it is to help the mind notice it is the one which gets in the way of such things. There is no "how" to it, other than to simply do it, and practices to bring it about are most simply ways in which the practitioner condition the mind to accept these new states of conscious awareness. If one finds a method that teaches "how", and it works for them, this is lovely and well.

Thus, we do not teach the method - rather only the orientation of mind required for any method to be successful.
