Quick tips:

Glass Tower: Start charging a spin and soon as you jump over to the first platform. Let go of it once the explody bots on the top floor attach.

Vertical Climb: I fond that if you don't punch both goop guys at the top you are likely to get slimed. Try and punch in the middle so you get both.

Lizard: Skip the X platform entirely, boost jump at the edge of the circle and you should be able to fry him or land behind. Stop and Adjust the camera.

First Ice Patch: Jump across to the middle and then immediately jump and boost over directly to the platform where the blocks are. Be mindful of the first purple goop guy.

Blocks: Once you land by the first block, punch the purple guy. Take your time here. When you get on top of the first block, be mindful of the second purple guy who will likely fire a shot. Dodge and you should have lots of time to punch him as well. Take a breath and line up the next section.

Second Ice Patch: The key here for me was approaching slowly so I can avoid getting smashed by the ball. Just jump over and boost over the chain calmly and then fry him.

X's: Stay to the right, go under the second shot.

Triangles: Jump around and boost off the right of the platform to avoid them entirely

Squares: Just relax and advance slowly.

O's: Stay calm. 3 or 4 jumps should do it.
