There is a quiet morse code message that can be heard inside this particular type of crashed ship ( http://i.imgur.com/24t9Zas.png ). If you raise your volume and stand in just the right spot inside you can hear it. It was cleverly disguised as radio static, making it not as apparent that it was actually a message. I have not checked other sites to see if there are more messages. This particular one translates to:

this may be my last transmission
low on oxygen
low on fuel
low on supplies
should have never jumped to this system
such a fool
goodbye
im sorry
