Last year at Microsoft's Windows 8 launch, we had the opportunity to check out one of the most affordable entry level Windows 8 devices in the market -- the Asus VivoBook X202E. Priced at only PHP 20,995, it packs some moderate specs in its slim-ish body which include a Dual-Core Intel Celeron processor clocked at 1.1Ghz; an 11.6" 1366x768 resolution full touch display; Intel HD Graphics; and 4GB RAM with a 500GB Hard Drive. Indeed, this is the easiest way to get into the Windows 8 touchscreen form factor without paying premium prices. Of course for the more performance demanding users, you can opt for the higher-end versions that pack up to a Core i5 processor.
