We take a look at one of AT&T's COWs (Cell On Wheels) mobile cell tower at SXSW 2011. The COW in this video is part of AT&T's strategy to boost network performance and capacity for the crowds converging on downtown Austin for SXSW 2011. AT&T has increased backhaul from permanent cell sites in downtown Austin by 25% and brought four COWs (two more than last year) to help increase performance and capacity. The result? A surprisingly impressive AT&T experience at SXSW.
