We take an exclusive look at the Windows Phone 7 "NoDo" (NoDoughnut) update on a prototype WP7 device, showing off the cut/paste feature in action. You tap text to trigger the text selection bars, then drag to select text. Then you tap an icon to copy. Then, when in text documents, you'll be presented with a paste icon, which you tap to paste the text. The icon disappears, but you can swipe the action bar to bring it back for a repeat paste.
