Welcome awesome ladies and gentlemen to the very first (1st) of my newest and original special series entitled "Atari 5200 Unreleased Treasures", which actually pertain to some seriously damn excellent classic games for the Atari 5200 that SADLY never got a chance to be officially released to us at all due apparently to the Video Game Crash of 1984 that came in the USA from during that time... and that is just why I present to you this series indeed, so let us get started!!! ;)

First up, comes an outstanding and arguably THE BEST arcade conversion of Jr. Pac-Man for the Atari 5200, which *truly* excels so brilliantly in both the gameplay and play control in bringing this whole experience home... especially in how splendidly well it responds and plays!!! Great graphics, superb sounds, and scrolling as smooth as ever all capture the sheer thrill and frantic excitement of the 1983 arcade original... it is such a stinking damn shame though that it missed out on an official Atari 5200 home release, because it would SURELY have been one of the rather best "swan song" games in the console's dying days, you know?

However, this lost yet quite a helluva precious diamond in the rough is currently available officially from the Atari Age site, located beginning at:
