In which I play "Desmond's Dungeon", published in 1984 by Creative Sparks and Thorn EMI, and written by Edgar Belka. This game is an interesting take on the arcade game "Bagman". It's not exactly a clone, but the core game play is very similar. It adds some unique elements all its own, such as a plane that drops rocks and bombs at the player!
Graphics, sound, and controls are all quite good.
I would have liked to get to level 3 and see if the game had more twists to throw at the player. Level 2 is considerably different than level 1, for example.
