Flameu Is Really OP At Level 99. So New Game Plus Is Recommended.
But me being the Challenger I Am, I decided to fight Her at Full Power New Game Fresh. While At Logy's Playthrough. This Is More Impressive Because Escha's Ultimate Item that Can Take Just About 300,000, Is Only Available in her Story. Logy However Don't Have A Skill that Increases Item Power Nor Passive Item Power in general Due to having more Overall Stats Than Escha.

So to fight Flameu At Level 99, You have to destroy All of her Beehives In the Fallen Ruins.(Which Are 4 By the way.) After That, You have to fight her. Whenever You Attack Flameu During One of Her Phases, She Attacks Or Create A Time Card. And The More Phases She Goes Through, The More Damage She AND the Timecards Take. So Here I Completely Nuke Her Here By using My best Friend And Yours In this Game. Double Draw. Using The Poly Poison And The Tauzent Core. Good Combination. I Had to use this About 3 Times. And If you take A Massive Amount of Damage, Like these Tauzent Cores Here, Then Flameu Will skip her Timecard Summoning and go straight On to switching To her Next Phase. That's Basically How I Defeated Her. Most of these Bosses In this Games Are Kinda No brainer. The Only thing You need to be Smart About is Your Equipment. Especially Your Items. Then After That, BAM! You win. That's Pretty much how it was here. I Figured out how Damage rate works As well so that was pretty useful too.
