Atlas Fallen PC PART 2 is much more interesting than part 1 Full of monks
Focus Entertainment and Deck13 have revealed the official PC system requirements for their upcoming fantasy action RPG, Atlas Fallen.
According to the PC specs, Atlas Fallen will be using the Vulkan API and will require 35GB of free hard-disk space.
Now before continuing, I’d like to address something. In a previous article, we claimed that this game will be using Unreal Engine 5. This UE5 rumor surfaced a while ago when IGN claimed in a preview video that the game will be using it. However, it appears that Atlas Fallen will be using Deck13’s FLEDGE Engine. After all, Deck13 used FLEDGE Engine for both The Surge and The Surge 2. For what it’s worth, Focus Entertainment and Deck13 have not revealed yet the engine that the game is using. Since there is no UE logo, though, we can assume that it’s powered by the next iteration of the FLEDGE Engine.
For gaming at 1080p/Low Settings with 30fps, Deck13 suggests using an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or an AMD Radeon RX 470. For gaming at 1080p/Very High Settings with 60fps, the developers recommend an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti or an AMD Radeon RX 5700.
These appear to be pretty reasonable PC requirements for a modern game. So, it will be interesting to see how the game performs on the PC platform, and whether or not it will have any shader compilation stutters.
