Atomicity of an element is defined as the number of atoms of an element in its one molecule for example atomicity of \( \mathrm{He}, \mathrm{N}_{2} \), \( \mathrm{O}_{3} \) are 1, 2,3 respectively. The atomicity can be determined by calculating experimental value of observed atomic mass and then dividing by its normal atomic mass. Atomic mass of a metal is obtained by Dulong petits law. Atomic mass is the relative mass of atom of an element as compared to the mass of one \( { }^{12} \mathrm{C} \) atom. Average atomic mass of an element is due to the average of masses of its different isotopes.
