It took a few tries but Fenrir is definitively not designed for any attack speed. The funny thing is he does have a self buff in his kit for life steal but it shockingly doesn't work well with an attack speed build. Fenrir is a god who utilizes very high ability damage and mobility to kill. Ignoring power is laughable. I think Loki attack speed works better than Fenrir does.
