We continue playing Starbound 1.0 from the beginning - this time we realise we have to do the Erchius Mining Facility and defeat the Erchius Horror boss to repair our ship to get to any new planet. Since we're not allowed to die in Starbound 1.0 hardcore, this means we need to do some serious preparation!

So we hunt down some iron ore and forge some superior armour using the forge and anvil, plus we make a new broadsword in the first half of this let's play Starbound 1.0 hardcore video.

In the second half of this let's play Starbound 1.0 hardcore video, we do a full playthrough of the Erchius Mining Facility mission - can we destroy the Erchius Horror boss first time without dying?
