You can buy kpop albums from kpop sites like: catchopcd, ktown4u, kpoptown, kpopmart, yesasia etc... (There are more but these are just sites I have personally used myself)
You can also purchase them from ebay sellers. My favourite sellers are kpopmarket01 and grapemusicdd.
Lastly you can buy them on amazon which I personally don't use.

You can buy photocards from ebay or from other kpop fans that are trying to sell some photocards.
Some of my favourite ebay sellers are: myjilju, my5star and ther_korea.
