"ATV Mania", developed by Deibus under the Gotham Games label for the PlayStation, is a budget racing game released in 2004. Set in the French Alps, the game centers on illegal, weapon-fueled ATV races, offering six characters with distinct ratings for speed, traction, and armor. Supporting one or two players, the gameplay involves navigating through six courses, utilizing collected weapons to hinder opponents.

The game's controls are clunky and counterintuitive, affecting acceleration and braking. Championship mode, the primary focus, disappoints with poorly executed dialogue sequences and lackluster rewards for winning. The graphics, considered last-gen, suffer from uninspired rider models, poor texturing, and unappealing color schemes. The soundtrack is forgettable, with minimal voice acting.

ATV Mania's redeeming features include the weapons system and two-player mode, offering some enjoyment in head-to-head races. However, the overall lack of replay value, coupled with long load times, dull sound, and unimpressive graphics, makes the game fall short in providing an engaging and entertaining experience. ATV Mania is a lackluster title best avoided due to its numerous shortcomings in gameplay, graphics, and overall entertainment value.
