Impressive Sound that needs an added Subwoofer
The sound quality is IMPRESSIVE. I was blown away when I hooked them up to my computer. However, these speakers are built without a sub with the expectation that you will add one. This is intentional so that they remain small for your desktop, but for the best quality sound, just add a cheap one to fill out the sound profile. Audioengine has one, but it's probably not worth the money. Any sub with RCA plugs will do.
