The smallest lightest mid engined car possible has the best front and rear weight ratio, also having the best suspension setup (the spring stiffness difference between both front and rear axles being the best if it's pretty small, to improve steering and traction on the lighter axle).
In this way you don't have to add more stiffness to the springs, maximizing the traction also.
The bigger the maximum rpm of the engine: the bigger gear ratios you can use, the bigger wheel torque will be, the bigger traction will be. The faster the car will go, for such tiny torque and power specs. The tighter the gear ratios spacing will be, just because of the very high maximum rpm. In real life a similar example is Honda Integra, with huge 4.7 final drive gear ratio (the 6 speed gear ratios being small enough).
Ideal car for ideal dynamics seems to be the 50% Front 50% Rear weight distribution front engined cars, because it's much easier to obtain equal weight distribution on both axles at a front engined car than a mid or rear engined one. But a rear or mid engined car is basically easier to balance the forces, because of the bigger mass not being on the front axle, being better balanced while hard and very hard cornering than a front engined car.
