I managed to blow myself up while fighting the Automotons in Helldivers 2. I encountered my first take and dispatch of it with relative ease. However, I think begin to get overrun and so I call more orbital countermeasures to help out. Unfortunately, I think the blast from them ended up knocking me into a spore pile (minefield) which then sent me flying into a structure and killed me.
