I was so hopeful for this product but it was a major let down. The big draw for me was the fans but when sitting back it crushes the fans because they aren't protected well and then slows them down or stops them. This is a major design flaw and hopefully down the road it gets addressed. For 269 dollars though this should've been tested way more to figure out these issues before launching the product.
