Atari's Avalanche, released in the arcade in 1978 was a fun "Catch 'em" type of game, similar to Break Out and Pong, and it inspired a slew of copy cat games on various consoles and home computers.

Joined by Curtis Boyle, we will look at the original, Kaboom, for the Atari 2600, and a few Tandy Color Computer versions; Popcorn, Catch 'Em, Data Fall, Able Builders, and Starship Chameleon.
