After looking at the Into the Rift DLC Beta I decided to purchase the DLC outright. We try out the DLC as a playthrough with the hopes for success while we journey Into the Rift!

In this episode we make some long needed upgrades to our ship. This involves a complete redesign of our primary ship to increase hull and shield capabilities. We also are shooting for at least 11 slots to support transporter software. The finished design will be the basis for our future rift mission completions.

If you want to try out the new features of the DLC yourself prior to purchasing, by using the new and experimental branch of the Avorion Beta all features that will be added to the game by the Into the Rift DLC are available except the ability to try Rift missions.
This will allow you to create ship templates that will for sure be compatible with a new Into the Rift DLC game.
