In today's demo review, I take a look at a game by the studio Sometimes You, Awesome Pea, a throwback to the 1970-80s graphics

This game is a simplistic platforming game that involves you, a blob, to jump and move over obstacles in the game. This game also has a nostalgic CRT effect and tube effect that models the old non-hdmi tvs, which is a good trip for me since I used to have a tv like that. Awesome Pea demo really is simple, since theres only 3 controls, jump, move, and reset. The levels are somewhat hard, but everytime you die, you restart the level. And the minions and obstacles are not that complex as well.

Overall, theres nothing wrong with awesome pea. Everything feels great, there are no bugs in this game, and the platforming is simple and solid. That's why I'm giving this game by sometimes you a 5 thumbs up out of 5.
