18At the end of January, The AYA Team had to postpone the delivery of the AYA NEO FOUNDER due to mould issues. However, after working hard all night for several days, we successfully sent out more than 500 AYA NEO FOUNDER versions before the factory shut down.
The remaining 900 units are in full supply and are expected to be assembled on March 1st and delivered before March 10th. We sincerely apologize to the fans for the delay.
Since the Chinese New Year is the largest and most important festival in China (it’s also the longest vacation of the year), most companies and factories will stop working during this period. Additionally, the team is totally gassed and exhausted from overworking. As they say, the struggle is real.
We have decided to postpone the launch of the Indiegogo campaign until after the Chinese New Year holiday; nevertheless, the delivery time will remain unchanged.
