Yesterday Blizzard announced Patch 7.1 would be hitting servers on October 25/26th but is this too soon to the launch of LEGION?

POSSIBLE CORRECTION: Karazhan may not be Mythic+ able but will still hold base item level gear 855/860+ (dependant on RNG proc) which is higher than standard Mythic.
