So I tried a bunch of stuff to get it to work. Matsuri is my favorite vtuber from the Hololive Girls that got into Azur Lane, so I ended up neglecting my second favorite Fubuki, sort of. She was just Lv87 and 2/3 LB, which wasn't enough to win, and I got the idea to make this video when the Ink Stained Sakura event was about to end, so I rushed to level and MLB her.

Stuff that didn't work…?
- Single Line formation: Fubuki died too fast
- Corn Lantern + Repair Toolkit: Fubuki didn't do enough damage before the timer ran out

Fubuki wasn't granted the blessing of being a Destroyer with high Firepower, so her damage had to come from her Torpedoes. Hence, she gets to borrow the Quintuple Rainbow Magetic Torpedo, and a couple of Rainbow Oxygen Torpedos to push her Torpedo damage to the limit (I'll forever refuse to use the Japanese Torpedoes, even if the damage is higher when landing all your shots. Homing Torpedoes are just too good to pass up)
Fubuki doesn't have a barrage, so despite her lack of Firepower, she should be equipped with a "strong but slow" gun. So she gets to borrow the French Gun, over the Russian Gun, for the HE ammo.
Fubuki is unique, however, in that she's a Destroyer with planes. She gets a Helldiver of her own, as that's widely considered one of the, if not THE best Dive Bombers in the game. Despite this, her planes are very weak and amount to little more than chip damage and a screen clear.

Fubuki is kinda fun to play but her low damage output from her Gun and Planes kinda hold back the amount of fun you can have with her. It's better to watch her sing Scatman.
