Somehow, the good Doctor has returned. Apparently the Spear of Destiny is a path to powers many would consider to be unnatural, I guess.

Like returning someone from the grave NOT looking like they've been rotting for hours on end 'cause their entire body's got plenty wrong from being riddled with fire, rubble, and shrapnel.
