Back to the Future: The Game - Ep. 5.2: Saved by Pickle Juice
Paul Franzen, Michael Gray, and Nathaniel Hoover provide commentary for Back to the Future: The Game - Episode 5: OUTATIME, for the PC. Part 2 of 2.
In this part, Marty leaves the Science Expo. He is almost run over by a car, but Alternate Doc saves his life. Alternate Doc fades out of existence, as his timeline has been erased.
Emmett appears, and Marty gives him a newspaper clipping, with the express orders not to look at it until 1986. This causes the 1986 Doc, the one that Marty knows and loves, to appear. They're about to return home when Hill Valley completely disappears.
Doc and Marty piece things together, during a visit to Hill Valley's only resident, Scary Mary Pickford (also known as Edna Strickland). While escaping from Officer Parker, Edna accidentally sent herself back to the 1860's. During this time, she accidentally burned Hill Valley to the ground, ensuring that it would never become the fully-developed town it became in the normal timeline.
Doc and Marty travel to the past, to the day Edna accidentally burned the town. There is a standoff between Edna and the Tannen who owns the town's saloon, but Marty manages to disable both of them. After this, there is a car chase, where Marty has to put three override modules on Edna's DeLorean, which allows Doc, Marty, Edna and the two time machines to travel back to 1931.
Edna is arrested for her crimes as the speakeasy arsonist, Marty leans who his grandmother is, then he and Doc return to 1986, where they all live happily ever after and learn about some interesting side effects of their recent time travelling adventures. The game then ends on a cliffhanger, as three interesting time travellers from the future appear...
